**Refund Policy:**

1. **Full Refund 90 Days Prior to Trip:**
   - Clients are entitled to a full refund if a cancellation request is received in writing to the company email address at least 90 days prior to the scheduled trip.

2. **Refund Requests Outside of 90 Days:**
   - Refund requests made outside of the 90-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing.
   - Refunds made outside of the 90-day period will be subject to deductions for flight, hotel, and/or excursion fees paid for on behalf of the client.

3. **Flight Refunds:**
   - Flight refunds are subject to the official policy of the specific airline, and clients should refer to the airline's terms and conditions for more information.

4. **Chargeback Protection Provision:**
   - In the event of a chargeback, the client agrees and understands that they will submit to the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania courts.
   - The client further agrees and understands that the Pennsylvania courts will have the authority to decide the merit of any disputes arising from chargebacks.
   - The client will be responsible for any and all court and attorney fees incurred by Tray Table Seat Back with Credlocity as a result of a chargeback dispute.

5. **Written Confirmation of Refunds:**
   - Any agreements by the company to issue a refund or partial refund will always be communicated in writing to the client.
   - Clients are advised not to rely on verbal assurances, promises, or statements made by employees regarding refunds. All official communications regarding refunds will be in writing.

- Refunds are processed based on the original payment method.
- Clients are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, and excursions for additional information on their respective refund policies.
