Thorn v. The Fix Car Care Clinic

Rita Thorn sued The Fix Car Care Clinic LLC claiming denial of consumer rights and seeking damages for unsafe car repairs. Credlocity CEO Joeziel Vazquez defended the clinic pro se. A motion to dismiss was filed and granted. Thorn amended her complaint but failed to serve it properly resulting in a default judgment against the clinic. Joeziel Vazquez successfully argued to strike the default judgment. At forced arbitration Thorn case weakened due to inconsistent testimonies and a false affidavit of service. The Fix Car Care Clinic prevailed.
