Born in north Philadelphia, Joeziel suffered from identity theft and decided to take actions into his own hands to fix his credit. Before starting his own business Joeziel helped many of his friends and family member fix their credit by having removed inaccurate, outdated, and unfair information.

Rafael is the lead on-boarding specialist with Credlocity. With his expansive experience in customer service in different service areas, he is the best at communicating with customers from all roads of life. Rafael's way of communicating and speaking with people helps put everyday individuals at ease.

Janaliz is the resident notary public. She is very professional and easy to understand. With her vast experience in customer service, sales, and social work, she makes it very easy to talk to and confide in.
