Our Story
Credlocity was founded by Joeziel Vazquez-Davila in Youngstown, Ohio in 2008 — originally as FicoStar Credit Services. Joey founded the company after being charged over $100 a month for a full year by Lexington Law, who did nothing for his credit. He disputed every item himself using FCRA knowledge he had gained from years in law libraries, raised his credit scores to 740, 733, and 735, and built the company he wished had existed when he needed help.
Credlocity relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has been headquartered at 1500 Chestnut Street, Suite 2, Philadelphia, PA 19102 ever since.

Every Credlocity consultant is trained in FCRA, FDCPA, CROA, and TSR compliance. Our team handles all bureau correspondence, creditor disputes, verification demands, and credit rebuild strategy. Clients are assigned a dedicated representative who manages their case from start to finish.
